This is where being the irate customer comes in handy, learned from many many, MANY long hours of working at monkey Wards:

If you complain long enough, loud enough, and your request could be granted, management will give you what you want just to make you go away.

It works every single time. I've managed to return opened PC games to best buy this way. Since you are asking for about $200 in lost games, which is less than what they offer to people on overbooked flights, you can probably get some money out of them eventually.

Call the buggers up every day at the same time of day until either they give you what you want, or the police issue you with a restraining order.

Re-report the thefts next time you fly?
