What’s the Deal with Even Casualty Numbers?

Has anyone else noticed that insurgent casualty numbers in Iraq are always even? Its always 30 mourners at a funeral or U.S., Iraqi Forces Kill 50 Insurgents in Two Offensives (we got two examples in that headline).

Whats the deal with that?

It does say "at least" 50 in the first article you linked. I suppose it's hard to count when you're doing most of the killing via precision aerial bombardment.
